BIOGRAPHY OF CRAIG R. WOLFF, M.D.

Dr. Craig R. Wolff was the Assistant Chief of Spine Surgery at the Bonati Institute from 1999 to 2003. He comes back to us after working as a Spine Surgeon at Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, FL, Chief of Spine Surgery at Laserscopic Spine Centers of America, LLC in St. Petersburg, FL, assistant Chief of Spine Surgery at Microspine in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

Doctor Wolff’s professional education includes a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at The Bonati Institute from 1999-2000, a Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, from 1990-1995. Dr. Wolff attended medical school at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine, 1986-1990, with an Undergraduate A.B. Degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, 1982-1986.

Dr. Wolff earned Honors at the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Student Honor Society in 1990, a National Science Foundation Grant in 1987, Magna cum Laude at Princeton University in 1986, and Argus Grant for Research at Princeton University, 1984-1986.
